Cancellation, Return and Refund Terms

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, simply write to info@oksijenetiket.com with your order number or call us at 0850 888 33 03. If payment has been collected, the amount is refunded following confirmation of the cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, buyers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date they receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal to info@oksijenetiket.com.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned complete and in resalable condition (unused, with its packaging/label undamaged).

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal — Custom-Made Production

In accordance with the exceptions set out in the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs (custom size/custom print/personalised design). For such orders, returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect/incomplete shipment.

Defective / Faulty Product

If the product arrives faulty, defective, damaged or different from your order, contact info@oksijenetiket.com with your order number and photographs within a reasonable time of delivery. Following our review, the product will be replaced free of charge or its value refunded; in such cases the shipping cost is borne by us.

Return Process and Shipping

• Once your return request is approved, send the product to the address provided to you.
• For returns of defective/incorrect products, the shipping cost is borne by the seller.
• For returns under the right of withdrawal, shipment via the contracted carrier is required; otherwise the shipping cost may be borne by the buyer.

Refund

Once the return is approved, the amount is refunded via the method you used for payment (to the relevant card for credit/debit card payments, or to the IBAN you provide for wire transfer/EFT). For card payments, the reflection of the refund amount in your card account may take a few business days depending on your bank. The refund is carried out within 14 days at the latest after approval.
