1. Parties and Subject
This agreement is concluded between MyEtiket (seller) and the customer placing the order (buyer) regarding an order placed electronically, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Product and Price
The essential characteristics of the products, the sales price including taxes and the delivery fee are stated on the order screen and in the confirmation email. Prices are calculated in EUR and shown in your selected currency.
3. Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and shipped via contracted carriers. The estimated delivery time varies by product and region; the tracking number is sent by email.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. However, custom-made (custom design) labels are excluded from returns due to their nature. For standard products, unused and resalable items may be returned.
5. Return Process
You can create a return request from the order detail in your account. For approved returns, the refund is made using the same payment method once the product reaches us.
6. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in disputes. Contact: info@myetiket.com
