Preparation and Delivery Time

For standard (in-stock) products, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is approved. For custom-size/print (personalized label) orders, production may take 3–7 business days; in such cases the estimated time will be communicated to you after the order is placed.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on the carrier's workload and your region. Public holidays and exceptional circumstances may extend this time.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is calculated automatically at the payment step based on your cart total and delivery address, and is shown clearly in the order summary. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping; the current threshold and amounts are displayed in the order summary on the checkout page.

Carrier and Tracking

Shipments are handled by our contracted carrier (DHL eCommerce / MNG Kargo). When your order is dispatched, the tracking number is sent by email; you can also follow your order on the Order Tracking page.

What to Check on Delivery

• When receiving the package, check whether it is damaged or has been opened.
• If there is damage, do not accept the delivery or have the courier draw up a damage report, then contact us.
• Make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete.
