2. Data Processed and Purposes

• Identity & contact (name, email, phone): order processing and customer service.
• Delivery details (address): shipping and delivery.
• Order & invoice data: legal retention and accounting obligations.
• Account & design data: membership, order history and saved designs.
• Cookie & log data: site functionality and security.

3. Data Transfers

Your data is shared only to the extent required for the service with payment institutions (PayTR, Stripe), carriers (DHL and local couriers), the e-invoicing integrator (Paraşüt) and the email service provider (Resend). International transfers are made within the framework of the legislation of the provider's country.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies (session, cart, language/currency preference) are required for the site to work. Optional analytics/marketing cookies are used only with your consent. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

6. Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and for legal retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for commercial and tax records), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
